The Policy of Human Resources of TÜMAŞ

The purpose ofThe Policy of Human Resources of Tümaş is to ensure training personnel to become specialized on engineering , loyal to the principles of the job , nationally and internationally authoritative.

The required principles to reach this purpose:

• Ensuring the selection of the personel who is qualified with engineering career and loyal to the principles of it,
• Ensuring personnels’ working and acting in accordance with the purposes of the company and preparing educational programmes that will increase the quality of service of our company,
• Ensuring that the personnel could work in the fields that is adequate for his abilities and knowledge,
• Improving regulations that increase work-efficiency for the personnel to see the results of his studies,
• Improving systems that encourages success and creativity,
• Attending to the opinions and suggestions of the personel in the process of the policy of human resources,
• Taking motivating measures that improve cooperation and solidarity among personnel in order to develop the sense of being members of the same company,
